Long range forecast

Has anyone looked at the long range forecast in the farmers almanac?  They are saying unseasonably cold to start October! ;D

Normal winter predicted this year, so plenty of ice ahead ! Weeee.....found myself looking longingly at my strikemaster auger the other day.... ;D

Funny you said that, yesterday I fired up both augers just to hear them run, and charged the batteries on my vex's. great minds think alike on this sight!  ;)

By the middle of August I am ready for the cold weather  ;).  Yesterday I was going through some old newspapers saved for fire starting and saw an ad for ice fishing gear at Sportsman....ahhh memories!
