help finding cappies

I  fish lake george new york, for those of you not familiar with the lake it is a 32 mile long lake, and is pretty deep but with lots of little bays. i do pretty well on the perch just looking for some help finding so of these crappies

they are hiding, under the ice...or just down over the hill to the east....
