I got wet yesterday.todays weather sure didn't make any ice.im not even spudding around this weekend and hopefully the cold snap coming hardens the slush we have now.and no more snow..

That's exactly how I feel. I really want to get out, but I don't want to go through the ice, so it just keeps getting put off. But the weather for next week is really looking good!

Found some ice in Genesse County yesterday, shore was rotted with about 3 inches out on the lake. Went in up to my waste on the way back trying to pick up 2 paper bags that blew away earlier, should tighten up after the cold. Travel lite

high of 16 and dropping to 9 by 4pm with a low of 5 tonight. should be hearing the ice song all day and night !

glad it wasn't deeper and you didn't loose any thing! hope you had dry clothes to change into and a bath towel. i have to load that bag and the spud to check ice and extra boots. i needed them a few times now.

They're talking 8"-12" next Tuesday which is the last thing we need after a warm up. Ice is tolerable for early December at the moment but it's actually late January, give me a break
