I don't get how guys get "spooled" what kind of line are you using? Not very often can a fish pull line through my fingers, I've pulled 40"+ pike up so fast their tails have come up through the hole, no way in hell would a fish ever spool or even come close with my woodies 36lb line. Just sayen.

Deep lake, old tip up, not enough line. big laker.
