Had some welding completed over the past couple days
1) had trouble with the old solar panel mount. It wasn't secured properly when laid down and bounced during transport. Also was a pain to extend. We changed the brackets to mount to the rear frame. This thing could take a tornado now and stay intact! Also, the poles are telescopic, can extend from 0-65 degrees and has several settings. I now have no concerns fully extended in crazy SW Sask wind
2) Put steel plates over the tail lights. Seemed to be a common "step" and already caused a few replaced tail lights.
3) being so short and having so much weight welded to the frame I was concerned about the frame. I never had issues but thought I should beef it up. The frame is now braced on all bends, inside and out.
4). The main power cable ran under the frame and when hitching onto razor or truck it had risk of being pinched. Welded a u-bolt around it to take the beating.
All little things to make it more rugged and convienient
Still working on the inside. Have made a few small changes and couple more I am currently working on. Will add pictures when complete! Plan to take it out Dec 3 so still have some time
