Manistee Lake, Kalkaska county

Looking for info on this lake. Anyone fished this lake or have any suggestions for it?

Only thing i can say is good friggin luck... Fished there last year..  Drilled over 50 holes and fished other holes... Caught 1 pike all day.... Lake is hot when it's warm but boy can it get slow on ice... Maybe i was there on a bad day but i hear its a slow ice lake...  Lotta weeds fish are scattered i think

I was there two years ago with a group of friends. 8 guys over three days caught 2 fish. Talked to several other groups with the same story. The fish we did catch were on the deep hole on the south end but all the locals were fishing the weed beds.
