Title: Anybody still on the ice in CT?

Thinking probably not, but had to ask. Next weeks forecast looks promising for the NW hills.  :tipup:

Yes they are.  The small sheltered ones.

I don't think the ice I was on Saturday morning is still there. I shouldn't have been on it even then! What a tease.

The ice on my pond is half gone. Not sure if I should use my tip-ups or spinning rod.

The worst.  Stu can you shoot me a PM when there is some laker ice in Maine?  I'd like to shoot up for first ice.

Got out this morning.  It was a fail, edges were too soft to get on, should have fished it on Saturday when I was standing on the ice. Surprised amount of snow on ground. The bright side is I saved .30 a gallon on gas.
