I have used almost all the popular brands of ice creepers and finally settled on Kahtoolas. I have had this pair for 2 years and wear them just about every day since I am retired and fish constantly. Unfortunately something happened and one of the rubber connections broke. I contacted Kahtoola and they sent me a brand new pair free under warranty. Super customer service and quick too. The new Kahtoolas were sent out the next day after I contacted them. IMO there is no better ice creeper.
