issues uploading an "Avatar" picture...

I'm having trouble getting in avatar picture to show up on on my profile. Can anyone shine some light on this for me? I have gone to Photobucket and copied and pasted the link but the picture wont show up...   ???

The file is probably too large.  You need to keep the image size down (60x60 pixels or smaller).
