Otter sleigh box help

(1/1)

walley_eye:
So i like my otter sleigh I pull behind my atv but I’ve found that I need to be able to secure my gear down better so I want to build a plywood box that fits inside the sleigh. Drop it in and go.

Thing is I want the box to follow the front contour of the sleigh but am not sure how to a hieve that in a box design.

Any ideas?

The rest of the box would hold my propane tank, heater, rods, chairs, bucket(s) and such with the auger and quickfish tied down to the top of the lid.

Something like this picture but the box should be at least 3’ high.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

timr35:
Make a pattern with card board then transfer it to the wood you are going to use.
Or why does the sides have to follow the front up, just stop the sides where it starts to rise. the top can still go all the way to the front.

tyme2par4:
Use flexible plastic for the bottom, or 1/4 plywood, and make a series of shallow cuts ever 1/2-1" across the bottom which will allow it to flex.
As Timr said, use cardboard to make a template for the sides.
