I think you have two problems. 1. the no run. The carburetor is gummed up from the fuel that gets left in the passages. You need to remove the carburetor and clean it. I use carburetor cleaner from a automotive parts store. You may need to get a kit to make it run well. 2. Go to a small engine shop or call strikemaser and get a new fuel line. You need line that has thicker wall thickness.
