Has anyone been out on Coventry Lake or know how thick the ice is? Thank you!!

My buddy fished it the other day. He didn't say how much ice. They only managed a couple of trout jigging.

I'd be very careful. With all that rain we had, it could have made the ice very weak. Remember this is also a body of water with a lot of springs. The ice was not that great to begin with. If your going from the boat launch, there are 3 springs, one straight out and two over by the cove on the right. Be  SAFE . . . . . .

My buddy went back tonight. He said that they had 4" of ice. He got one keeper walleye. Don't know what area they were in.
