Saw these at Sail, they look sturdy and labeled  Tested in the Himalayans. Has anyone tried these ice crampon. Thanks for any info.

i use my 10 point hiking crampons on glare ice ...... may be a bit of overkill but i never slip  ;D

only downside is if you walk around a lot you need to be careful .... it is easy to roll an ankle or step on yourself  :o

that particular brand says it is for non technical hikes so i think they are toned down a little ... but i think they would be great on the ice
Goin' where the wind don't blow so strange,
Maybe off on some high cold mountain chain.
