I don't care how many coats of paint you put on it, it isn't going to take the best shanty award any time soon... LOL!  That award went out already!

Would be good for run and gun fishing though...  ;D

Hi there,  I just acquired an old 10ft pop-up and am planning on making it into a semi permanent shack. I have a few question for ya.   1)  Do you pull this thing out everytime you fish?  if so, how easy is it to pull? 2)  how did you tie in the old structure with the new?  It looks like you built right on top of the old camper shell, but did you run any reinforcements to the floor?  3)  How much does it weigh? 4) how far off the ice are you?

Any tips or tricks that you may have learned along the way...or things you may have done differently....All would be greatly appreciated!
