Title: Shanty transporter(sled)

I have a Frabill Speed Shak and its a pain to pull around on the ice when there is snow. I'm looking for some ideas to build a sled to pull it around. I have an old pair of cross country skis I plan to use for the snow. Any ideas would be helpful. thanks.
