 this should  be made at home and heated up on the ice for a fast and easy meal. make 2 boxs of kraft dinner and set aside. in a large high-sided fry pan brown a whole diced onion and add 2 lbs of hamburger. once the beef is cooked add the kraft dinner. mix in a can of drained sliced mushrooms and a cup or two of frozen mixed vegetables and allow it to simmer at a lower temp. for 10-15 minutes. some good variations are substituting ground elk or moose for beef. this will feed 4 large teenagers or a dozen 40-year olds ;D ;D ;D
