New Brunswicker
« on: Nov 01, 2011, 09:03 AM »
Hi! I'm in New Brunswick. Since there's no button-thing-a-ma-what for New Brunswick, and since Nova Scotia is the nearest one to home, I thought I'd join your "clan".  ;D

HAHAHA

It's pretty crazy up here. The water is so clear... You can "Sight" fish at 20 feet........  We caught some 40 lb Lakers this Summer on Lac La Martre and I know the hole won't be big enough if I tie into one of them haha

Sounds like you need a 10" gas auger with a shaft extension.  I spent 3 years in Cold lake and sure do miss the great ice fishing I had there.  Have fun and stay safe.  Would love to see some pictures of the big lakers you get.

It's not looking too good for us NB'ers as far as ice fishing goes this year, eh? I'm guessing mid to late January before we can get the shacks on?
