Can anyone tell me how's everybody do on west hill want to take the grand kids out tomorrow

Been slow for me. Depends on what your targeting but there’s and infestation of pickerel near the boat launch that will keep kids interested

Went three time in a row caught only 2 pickerel and 1 largemouth in the weeds near boat launch. Bass was nice but I got there for trout and they ain’t biting for some reason. Someone told me it’s because there is a lot of food in there to satisfy the fish

I don't believe they stocked it for the winter because of the dam repair.

Been having a good ice season on west hill.made 3 trips and caught trout each time.best trip was 7 trout and biggest was a 17in brown caught a foot off the bottom in 20 feet of water.been catching more rainbows this year thrn before in 5 feet of water just under the ice.gotta search for them and move around.

I have had pretty good success up there but you have to be willing to move around and walk a little to find the fish. The trout are far and few in there this year but they sure are nice ones to be caught.

did u catch the Kokanee jigging? 20inches is a big Kokanee. That’s about how big the state record is.

thats awesome I targeted them at night 2 times this year with no luck. But was fishing deep at 50-60ft

Skunked. 20 tip ups out and nothing came across the Vexilar. Didn't see any other people running either.

Ended  up with one 13 inch brown and a few ghost flags.didnt mark anything either on the fish finder.feel lucky to catch one fish at least

We fished all day Saturday 24 tip ups 2 trout one pickerel besides that no flags.

Fished here today 2/10. We seemed to be doing as well as everyone else here is reporting. 10 tipups and two jigging rods, 2 flags resulting in one trout. About a foot of ice.
