Title: Calling it quits.
Post by: Strike Lead on Dec 27, 2017, 10:22 AM: Too many health issues including the stroke I had in 2015 and the herniated disc in my back.

About a week ago a guy made me an offer on ALL of my ice gear and it was too good to pass up and I sold it all.....including my pac boots. This newbie really has no clue what he bought but he got a great deal. I started on DCL in the winter of 1976, fishing a few times each winter, and have some of my original tip-ups. In the winter of 1983 I kicked it in high gear and started ice fishing "seriously "until 2015. Have truly enjoyed my friends out on the ice.

I will continue to monitor this site and chime in on the discussion from time to time.
