Fish Sausage

OK... I don't remember who posted it, or when it was posted, but I've seen a recipe here for a fish sausage. I did a search for "Sausage" and you sort through about 80,000 posts talking about venison sausage. Doing a search for "Fish Sausage" doesn't narrow it down much either. LOL Anyone know of a recipe for this? It was basically a ground "bulk" sausage.

Melbs I too would love to hear of a good recipe for fish sausage!  I have experimented on several recipes with disappointing success...  The recipes always turn out dry and or bad tasting.
