Traveling question
« on: Oct 29, 2016, 01:18 AM »
Hey folk I have a question for those of you who travel a lot. I'm planning a trip to Lake Winnipeg/ Red River. I am going to purchase an enclosed trailer to haul all my gear. How do you keep your auger secure while traveling long distance? This trip will be 14 hours one way. I plan on building some shelves for my shanty and other associated gear. Allowing more room for quads or sleds. Anyone have a set up trailer that they have pictures of? Just looking for some ideas. Thanks.

I would suggest breaking the auger down, and storing the powerhead in a milk crate for the trip. I'm here in Winnipeg, feel free to ask. Happy to help if I can.
