Loomis

Went to Loomis this morning, got there a lil late, round 9 AM. Caught 1 slob gill round9 inches off beemoth. Does Loomis usually shut off round 9 in the morning ? How bout Long? Has anyone been doing any good at Flint? Thanks guys !

HUmmmmmmmmmmm cant say that wsj has ever fished there?  Where is this lake?

The lakes he is talking about are in Indiana not Illinois. They are part of the Valparaiso Chain of Lakes in NW Indiana. Check the Indiana thread for more info. A lot of guys are catching fish on Loomis and Long and waiting on the ice to form on Flint.
