Mississippi Pool 13 Ice
« on: Jan 28, 2005, 09:02 AM »
Hi all!

I grew up fishing around lock 13 on the Mississippi, but never had a chance to try the hard water.  I'm planning on heading back on Feb. 5 to try some of the old waters.  Any suggestions for places to try?  I was thinking of Mickelson's landing and how that used to be such a hot spot for me.  Also, how have the ice conditions been?  I'd like to try to get into some panfish, but more importantly, some pike if I can find them.  Thanks!
