Isn't it just beautiful when you wake up in the morning and see a fresh blanket of all white covering the ground. It is nature saying it is winter and the ice is on its way. FINALLY

Most ponds are skimmed over here this morning. Still snowing real fine flakes.

I expect the skim will burn off, but it should come on quick if we get that forecast cold front Wednesday.

Fished Eagle River Wisconsin - Easy 6 inches of ice.   Got my fix, until we have ice.

Unfortunately, it was just fishing teach, but it was better than work today.  Northern Wisconsin and the UP are beautiful.
