Champlain valley at shanty???

Dickbakers:
 ??? ???  Living on the Conn. River I split my time between Moore Reservoir and Champlain.   BUT during the winter ice season there is little Shanty talk other than January Champlain reports?
Other New England states are already hoping for first ice fishing.
Do Shanty members fish along eastern Vt.  Before Champlain freezes???  In two weeks there will be safe ice on small ponds east and west of the Conn. River.  Hope to hear reports.
