They'll bite almost anything here, but I have my best luck with a jig (3/8 but all depends what depth you're fishing) 3" yellow twin tail and a piece of jack belly.  when you fillet a pike, there's a strip of silvery belly skin left over; put a piece of that about 2 - 2 1/2" X 1/2" on the hook.  Gently jig about 4" off the bottom. Works here anyway! ;)
