Lets see everyones darkhouse and spear!

Just thought it would be interesting to see everyones spears and darkhouses.  Give fellow members some ideas and keep ourselves occupied during these long summer months.

This is my first attempt at making a spear, it is 8'' wide and 5 1/2' long and is 6 1/2 LBS. I welded on the barbs out of 1/8'' round stock onto 1/4'' round stock tines. It is untested as of yet but soon I hope to stick one with it. Any advice on design is welcome as I want to make another in the future. As of today I have 3 1/2 inches on my local lake, any other ice reports?
