I like your osb  floor design. I might just have to make one for myself.

Now that I have had my 4 man cube for a while here are some of my thoughts. It makes a great 2 man shelter but in no way is a 4 man shack. Keeping the zipper waxed helps a lot. For the price there is not a better shack out there.

You can get almost complete floor coverage for a 4-Person Ice Cube (6 x 6 ft square) with one 4 x 8 ft sheet of OSB, which yields two 2 x 6 ft pieces and one 2 x 4 ft piece. However, I cut another 2 x 6 ft piece out of a second sheet of OSB. That provides a much better fit and finish overall.
