That shanty is nice not much clearance on the bottom

In the pic its already cranked down.  it has a foot to a foot and a half of clearence,

How do you jack that up and down, is there 4 jacks or do you just move 2 jacks from front to rear? This looks like a doable project. The 2 rods get pushed through when it is jacked up, then the shack rests on the rods while in transit? Does the shack get locked to the frame at all or does the weight just hold it from bouncing off? What keeps the frame from towing in with the weight on it? Sorry for the stupid questions, I am just trying to get the concept down a little bit better, I want something like this. ;D

there are 4 cranks.  and the shack just sits on the bars wich go through the frame rails and one end has a a bolt welded to plug that srew into the bars end to hold th rails in and tight.  its harder to explain  than do
