Lakes in Dunn County
« on: Aug 15, 2009, 08:06 PM »
Have any of you guys fished the lakes in Dunn county besides Tainter and Menomin? I am looking for something new and was mostly wondering about Eau Galle.  There are a couple smaller ones like Elk Creek and Old Elk Lake that I wouldn't mind trying if they can produce a few fish.

I have had good luck on Eau galle.  Mostly for panfish. I know there are some dandy Northern Pike in there too.

Caught some gills and crappies on dead lake last year. Never got skunked. Lost something big after about a 3 min battle never saw what it was.
Tight lines and safe fishing.
