Crispy venison

Take cutlets or slice up a steak. Then take a 1 quart ziplock bag and fill it half way with flour and your favorite spices. (I like to use salt and spice, and garlic power) Place venison in the ziplock bag and shake. Leave venison in ziplock bag until ready to cook. Next place frying pan on stove(colmen or wood stove) and fill with olive oil until 1/4 inch deep. Let it heat up. Then drop venison strips or cutlets into the olive oil. cook 3 minutes on a side. Take them out and serve with your favorite steak sauce. (I like the Jim Bean brands) This goes well with baked beans.
