lightest,waterproof but warmest boot

Okay guys I have a pair of Clam Onxy boots or at least that's what I think the model is. They are a leather boot not rubber. Well last year the sole started peeling away from the boot and water is getting inside. I tried patching them but where it is at it is not wanting to hold up. I looking for a boot that is waterproof light weight but still warm enough to stay warm on a cold day outside the hut.

Take a look at the muck arctic pro's that's what I use throughout the hard water season here in Wyoming. With a wool sock I'm more than comfortable in below zero temps, absolutely waterproof as well.

ive owned 2 pairs of Cabelas predator packs in the last 12 years .
Fished em pretty hard and theyve always held up well for me ...

I've had a pair of Lacrosse ice Kings for years, just about worn smooth, but still warm. Keep the leather sprayed with silicone and they last a long time. My BIL and nephews have gone through a lot of Mucks, and they like them. They just tear them up in the woods.

I have been thinking about the Mikey's but they look like they r pretty heavy plus they are hard to find in the size I wear. I have looked at EBay but there not cheap on there so I thought about Mucks but did not know how well they wore.

cabelas sask pac boots and be done with it my feet froze in mickeys
there big but worth it i run kathoolas on mine and worth every penny with just a thick merino sock

Take a look at the Ice Armor Sub Zero Boots. they are all rubber and are insulated with 1200 grams of thinsulate. I was skeptical of these at first but took a chance on them last year and tried them. I am glad I did. they are warm and comfortable. I pair these with a good liner sock and merino wool sock and don't ever get cold feet. the thing about any brand boot that is stitched is that it will start to leak at some point in time. all rubber boots have the advantage because the seams are welded and can't leak.

I work in the gas and electric utility business in New York...my feet must stay dry and warm. I have a pair of Baffin Driller series boots for work in the winter and ice fishing I wear the Baffin Titan series boots 100% waterproof and will keep your feet warm to -100. My opinion Baffin are the best for warmth and staying dry.

  I bought a pair of Lacrosse Alpha Burly rubber boots with 1200 grams of insulation 3 years ago and have been very happy with them. I wear a light pair of wool socks and have never had cold feet. They are much lighter than the pack boots that I used to wear. Good luck with your search.

i know where there are plenty size 11 black mickey mouse boots. not in a store tho.

they are heavy and great to use ice racing screws into for ice and hard packed snow
