Been holding steady at 26* all day and the freezing rain started around 3pm and still building up good on the trees...   3rd ice storm this season...   At this rate I wont have any trees with branches on the come summer...
 Plus we still have a lot of snow on the ground and this is supposed to turn back to snow by morning..............

Rained all day yesterday and all night. 40 something. Grass showing. Now when it goes cold later today should lock up good. We're predicted 1-4" of snow, hoping for 0-1". The easy travel on ice has been nice for walkers.

Last night 2/8 here in WNY it was 18 degrees and today it did not get above 22 and suppose to be in the mid teens tonight, should be a go on my lake of choice this weekend even if it gets in the upper 30's and rains on Sat. and Sun.

Raq... just read there is going to be a partial eclipse of that full moon tomorrow night, 7:43 p.m.
then during the night a comet #45 streaking in the sky visible with the naked eye

Thanks  for the additional info Raq... I just re -read the article, and they said comet "might be " visible to the naked eye for some... after mid night tomorrow sometime before dawn.

Hope the sky is clear, I will check out the Moon tomorrow night

Never got above 14* here today..   Mostly clear skys but the wind was blowing pretty good....
Wont be seeing the moon or the comet tonight cloudy and starting to snow..  4 to 6 inches tonight....
