Ice had one bad area right by the launch, once out it was clear and 7" I measured it. There was lot's of fishing going on, I tried to set out my gear but could only get 2 poles out the action was fast and furious. I lost count of how many I caught but they all were dink's did not bring home 1. It was sunny with light winds though so it was a great day.
