Hi-Tech Fishing 4-Man InstaShak Ice Shelter - Opinions?

Hello there.  First time poster but been a lurker for awhile.  So let me first say thanks for all the great info on this site.  You could spend days here learning about the hobby!

I am in the market for an affordable Ice Shelter.  I will be fishing mostly with one more person, at least, and many times with a couple extra.  So, the extra room of a 90" x 90" would be appreciated.  I will be fishing in Nova Scotia, Canada where the temps get down to -10 Celsius (14F) to -20 Celsius (-4F).  It can get colder than that but not that often.  I have a little buddy heater to take the chill off on the cold days.  This week, Canadian Tire has the shelter from the above picture on sale for 40% off at $179.99 Canadian.  It is hard to find much info on this shelter so I thought I would ask for your expertise.

Any thoughts on this shelter?  My preference is for a shelter that has 600 denier fabric for a little extra ruggedness.  I am not sure what this shelter has.

I don't have this shelter. But I do have an HT one-man flip-over. I was surprised at how heavy the material was compared to the Frabill nylon shell that I was also looking at when I bought mine. it will stay warm with the 600 dernier fabric.

A little more $ but probably better quality are a few Canadian options below. I think canadian tire also has some portables now.

I have the two man in my arsenal it holds heat well and is fairly durable how ever I like my eskimo q  fish 3 more  and it only cost a Lil more
