What's the smallest hook you caught a northern on?

For me it was a #16 treble. I wasn't even targeting them. I was going after perch.

I had good luck hooking pike with a 16 black diamond jig, but not so good luck getting them up the hole.

got a few on a #10 treble. It was my lindy rattl'n flyer spoon. I've had a few on even smaller jigs, but they always either spit the hook, or straightened the hook.

The #16 treble hook hooked it barely. If I was using a #18 I would of never landed it.

Got my biggest northern which was 36" on a #16 treble and on 6 pound line.

Caught 11 yesterday on a size 10 egg hook and 6 lb fluorocarbon.

X2.  I hook/catch several pike each season while using 14 or 16 size jigs while gill fishing.

Not as small as you guys but I have caught a pile on the smallest size Len Thompson 5 of diamonds.    I use this for perch knowing I will usually catch at least one pike on it a day.  Makes for a great fight on the perch rod and the spoon keeps the teeth away from the line if you hook them in the lip.

..not the same but i caught a 7in pike once on a 6in  spoon.now thats hunger!
