miss.river pool 14 license requirement
« on: Feb 15, 2006, 03:13 PM »
??? do I need non resident license to fish clinton county park....can be reach by boat in summer time from the main channel...similar to cattail slough in illinois...I know you have to have non resident license to go up any river, such as the wapsi...is a drainage ditch, small creek, that drains into the backwaters consider the same...I think I read somewhere once, that railroad track to railroad track,as long as accessable from main channel by boat it would not require out of state license for either state...

For Wis. and IA it is the train tracks, but IA and ILL. For running water I think it is the mouth of the river or stream, just draw an imaginary line from point to point - as for the lakes I think if it is accessable during open water you should be ok as long as you do not bring any fish onto dry land
BASS WISHES AND TIGHT LINES !!
