Ok folk hers my report.fished in cove this past weekend and late lastnight ice is around 6-7 in cove and 3-4 off ramp but spots are thin past ramp lots of smaller gills but late night we caught some 7-8" gills and some decent crappies biggest was 12" slow bite on crappies though...... gills are packed in there but a lot of 6" good time if you just want to fish for fun... can take home some but its your call on that.. anyhow enjoy the ice boys it might turn out to be a good ice season... tight lines....
