Hunting Buddy Heater Problem

I put a new tank on my hunting buddy heater, took it out yesterday and it didnt even last and hour. the tank was a year old, does that matter?

Sometimes they don't get them completely full. Try another tank.

Might have a real slow leak and some leaked out. I picked an emptynone up at Walmart last week!
