Title: Got the link to DFO's tidal smelt regs?

I'm looking for the link showing me the DFO's regulations for recreational smelt fishing in the Gulf Region.
For some reason I cannot find it on their web site.
To be clear, I'm not looking for someone to tell me what it says, or what someone thinks it says, I'd like to find an actual link to the actual regs in the GULF REGION. (Not the Maritimes Region)

Select water location from drop down list and limits for all species are shown.

Regs are same for smelt in Gulf as in Bay of Fundy. No license for tidal,limit of 60.
