did you miss the big triangle with cones around it they did a ice rescue training there

I saw the signs on Avondale yesterday, and the hole they had cut, and what looked like 18-24” of water around the edges. I stayed off too. The ice is probably ok once you get on it. But I decided to keep my feet dry.
