This is a fun family favorite.


What you will need:


(4) slices of toast
(4) over-easy eggs
(4) slices of bologna (we prefer thick sliced but the store was out)
1/4 cup Cheese Whiz
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lemon juice from concentrate







First, you need to make the Holiday sauce.
Heat Cheese Whiz in the microwave for about 15 seconds or until warm, stir in lemon juice.
Then stir in mayonnaise, reheat a bit before using.


Fry bologna slices



Top toast with bologna slices



Top bologna slices with over-easy eggs


Top each egg with 1/4 of the holiday sauce



Salt and Pepper to taste.
Enjoy!

those eat good!  gota "pacman" the bologna though.
