Anyone have any experience fishing this area in winter? There are a ton of small lakes, only one I have ever been on is 7 Island ice fishing. I want to take the kids and dog out Sunday and catch some panfish. Not looking for trophies, just action. I know there is a trout lake there too but I am pretty sure the season is closed on those for that lake.
