Simmer first, bring them with in a bag & throw 'em on the heater to finsih them off ;)

Some buds and I have been getting deer brats made the last two seasons. If you think brats are good you gotta try these with your beer and onions.

Boil them in beer and onions then grill them. You can throw back in the onions and beer to keep them warm
