Sorry wanted to ask in a new thread, is there a contour map of chittenden available anywhere?  Never been there so I'm looking to find a little general info on the structure of the lake.  Looking to target some eyes...

If you go to "Google Earth" you will find a nice satellite pic that shows the land contours and shallow spots. From the lay of the land you can get a basic idea of what the bottom contour is like.

THERE ARE 10LB EYES IN THERE BUT YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR THEM!

I have not found any maps I have looked long and hard,  I do know they are fishing it pretty good I have sold some bait to folks that have been going up there.

   i HAVE SOME FRIENDS WHO FISH RIGHT BEFORE DARK AND INTO THE NIGHT AND THEY DO REALLY WELL WITH THE EYES UP TO 10 LBS

  Head right straight off the boat launch like your going to walk to the Lefferts pond spillway.
 I have had some luck near the island out there. Thre are lots of rocky points and submerged islands.
  I think they draw it down in the winter and you can see a lot more than in the summertime.
