I can see you guys eat a lot of bass, how do you prepare them? I usually get a fishy tast, but heard you can get rid of it if you prepare them right

first i was a mate on a lake erie charter boat i learned to fillet them as quickly as possible bag them in ice water flash freeze them until use i use clean oil the good stuff not10w-30 lol then i use golden dipt beer batter with miller high life beer dont ya know dont over cook fresh buns uncle franks hot sauce oh momma lets eat       mofish
