Powder Creek
« on: Jan 03, 2014, 09:25 PM »
I am heading out to Powder Creek tomorrow. Wondering if anyone has gotten any luck there, or at Buckskins. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Fished buckskin before Christmas, caught one nice crappie.  Action was slow, didn't talk to anyone who had better success.

Want to head there too, curious how they are doing. Think I will try the marina at Lewis and Clark this morning. Good luck. Gonna be a windy one

FYI fished chalk rock here twice this week, only real small bass biting. Not sure where the gills and suns are.

I did not have any success :( today there was really high winds. But other fishermen had lots of success this week catching nice size catfish, according to the game ward. however, I did  fish at Crystal cove in South Sioux. I caught 12 beautiful trouts(released) and a couple jumbo perches.

Perch in crystal cove ?

What he said.  I heard a guy pulled a huge eye out of that lake as well.  I have caught trout, bass, and cats only there.  Interesting.

Wow! I never knew it had walleyes!! I caught the perches through the shallower waters in the south side of the lake.
