Summit Fishing Product Quality

Just got a few pieces from summit so I can mount my livescope to the boat and use their pole.  I was a bit surprised to see the quality of the 3D printed pieces.  For the cost I'm not overly impressed.  Have others noticed that or did I get some exceptionally rough 3D printed pieces?

I love the Summit Livescope ice transducer pole, that thing is slick, no problem with any plastic on it, would highly recommend!

This was the ugliest piece.  Here's the thing all of it will work and the pole itself is flawless.  Everything else is 3d printed and seemingly done with little attention to Quality Assuance.

Sent them an email.  Instant response from the owner.  New unit on the way. 

Customer service overcomes all product issues!

I talked to a friend last week who is going the Livescope route for the first time and just ordered some things from Summit, he made special mention on how helpful the owner was in in answering questions and making suggestions. I had a similar experience when ordering my ice pole from them.  Working with a company where you can actually talk to a person that understands the product and will take care of you is a rare commodity, they are one of the good guys.  I am glad it worked out for you.
