Ok, this past week would be the first time that I had a chance to really use my new auger. Used it for four days straight out in minus 22 weather. Here is my question. The blades on the bottom of the auger are secured on by small bolts. After I drill my holes it seems that no matter what I do I get some slush on the bottom of the blades. Well after about thirty seconds the slush freezed onto and around those bolts on the bottom thus creating the situation where I can't drill another hole until I clean off that additional ice. Anyone know what I could do so this doesn't happend every time I use the thing?
