SnowShoe recemandations ?

I am looking to bye a pair of snow shoes for those hard to get to lakes this winter. I want to spend 200.00 or under. Anyone have any good recemandions for snow shoes? I have been looking at redfeather.

I like tubbs, there made in vermont, I have a pair and they have never let me down. Soild straps and cramp-ons make them perfect for walking on the lake of backpacking. Just my opinion, i have never heard of the brand you suggested but that dont mean much.

I have a pair of Tubbs and I think they are they best. They tend to run just over $200 but you can usually find them for around 200 on sale for the really good ones. The waranty is really good on them too. If they break you send them back and get a new pair.... but they don't break. I wouldn't recomend any other brand and would recomend spending the little extra on them. They are worth every penny.
